Michael Fanger, Managing Member & President e-mail Michael
With over 26 years of experience in the commercial lending industry, Michael has handled over 3,000 loans for the coin laundry and dry cleaning sectors. Michael was with Shawmut Bank (Boston, MA) from 1981 to 1986. He joined Medallion Financial Corp. (New York, NY) in 1987. There, he packaged over $100 million in loans. Before leaving Medallion Financial Corp. in 1997 to found Eastern Funding, Michael was one of the architects in two successful public offerings totaling $130 million.

Brian Grell, Executive Vice President e-mail Brian
Brian is a pivotal figure of Eastern's Credit Committee responsible for evaluating proposals and recommending loan approvals. Brian participates in management discussions, particularly with respect to the strategic direction of the company. From 1987 to 1997, Brian was the controller for Super Laundry (Oceanside, NY), the largest coin operated laundry equipment distributor in the United States. There, he packaged loans totaling over $60 million for laundry operators in the New York metropolitan area. In addition to having owned and operated several coin operated laundries, Brian is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen Gramaglia, Senior Vice President of Operations e-mail Stephen
Stephen’s 14 years of experience in the day to day tasks of the owner/operated business finance sector allow client issues to be handled quickly and directly. Stephen also oversees all aspect of loan origination, processing and collections for EF. Stephen has been with Eastern since March of 1999. Prior to Eastern Funding, Stephen was the Loan Processing Coordinator at Medallion Financial Corp. Before Medallion, Stephen also worked with TLC Funding Corporation and CPC Services, Inc. Stephen holds a BA in Business Administration & Finance from Pace University.

Marc Stern, Chief Credit Officer e-mail Marc
Marc is a 20 year veteran in the laundry industry having served as President of Viking Financial Services and Chief Operating Officer of Wascomat for 17 years, and as a partner in WRB Real Estate LLC, a laundry real estate developer. At Eastern, Marc will be responsible for all new loan approvals and will be part of the Eastern senior management team. Marc welcomes the opportunity to work with past and new customers who need financing in the laundry and dry cleaning industries.

Nancy Robles-Guess, Vice President of Loan Processing e-mail Nancy
Nancy joined Eastern Funding in October of 2005 with 6 years of experience in the lending industry. Nancy currently manages the credit and approval process while working collectively with the documentation team to ensure timely documentation and funding of transactions. Nancy works directly with Eastern's loan officers and Credit Committee to facilitate the loan approval process. In addition, she assists in generating new business. Nancy was introduced to the lending industry via Fleet Healthcare Capital Leasing and Bank of America. During her time at Fleet/BoA, Nancy worked with documentation, legal, and operations. Nancy obtained her Paralegal Degree and BA in Business Adminstration-Management from Berkeley College.
