Important Information About Procedures For Obtaining A New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal Law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying information.

Here you will find a PDF of our online credit application form. Before you move ahead, we have a few suggestions:

1) The Credit Application requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this software, we provide links below where you can download it.
2) Applying for any substantial loan requires information, because the more information we have the more informed our future conversation with you will be. We therefore suggest that you print out our form, review it, collect your information and then complete the application.
3) It's not the promise that counts but the delivery on the promise. At Eastern, we will not quote a loan or lease package until we have reviewed your application and spoken to you. The rate we promise is the rate we deliver.
