Eastern Funding’s Brian Grell Elected Chairman of the Coin Laundry Association

Brian Grell, co-founder of Eastern Funding, LLC, has been elected Chairman of the Coin Laundry Association for 2020. Grell previously served as on the CLA board as treasurer.

Brian’s career in the laundry industry began over 30 years ago when he became controller for the largest distributor of coin-operated laundry equipment and route operator in the United States at the time. After a decade in that role, Brian joined forces with Michael Fanger and together they started Eastern Funding. Eastern Funding has become the leading financial lender to vended laundries in the United States.

“Brian has been integral to our success since we founded Eastern Funding in 1997.  We are delighted that he is bringing his boundless energy, positive attitude, and love of the vended laundry industry to the CLA” commented Michael Fanger. “The industry has and will continue to benefit from his contribution.  We applaud him and the association, and pledge to support them both additionally.”

As a CLA board member, Brian has focused on helping laundry owners improve their businesses. Hundreds of owners and new investors across the country have attended his high energy presentations, including his ZombieMats™ presentation.

Brian is a relentless and passionate supporter of LaundryCares and its initiatives including Read Play Learn and Free Laundry Days. Usually wearing a bright orange LaundryCares shirt, Brian is a fixture at Free Laundry Day events where he volunteers in the community give-back efforts.
