Highpoint Laundromat

Highpoint Laundromat stands as Phebean and Ola’s largest laundry project yet, at 6,567-square-foot. To make this store a reality, they utilized an SBA 504 loan: real estate purchase, new building construction and new laundromat construction. This laundromat officially opened its doors to the public in early 2025 and has been excelling ever since.

This massive store incorporates leading-edge laundry technology and boasts an impressive array of advanced machines, including 82 high-speed washers and 72 large-capacity dryers. Wash-and-fold drop-off services are also offered.

Building a Laundry for The Community

Phebean and Ola believe that the laundry business is about much more than just washing clothes. They’ve designed their spaces to be comfortable environments where customers can have a great experience. One of the standout features of Highpoint Laundromat is its versatile upstairs loft. Designed with families in mind, this dedicated space offers a quiet retreat where children can focus on homework, enjoy a variety of books and games, or simply relax in comfortable seating while their family members do their laundry.

All these have helped make Highpoint Laundromat a success, surpassing the owners’ projections in a short period of time.

Greenbelt Laundromat

A complete laundry renovation, Greenbelt Laundromat is a former ZombieMat™ that has been transformed into a 4,800-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility.

The store is equipped with 59 high-efficiency washers and 64 large-capacity dryers capable of handling any load size. For a seamless customer experience, the revamped space features a streamlined layout and the latest in equipment. In addition to self-service, the laundromat offers professional wash-and-fold drop-off services.

This comprehensive retool represents a major investment in the local area, offering residents a beautiful and efficient space in which to do laundry.

Phebean and Ola have chosen Eastern Funding as their lender for multiple projects and it’s the relationship they have built with the team at Eastern that makes the difference. “They always come through for us”, says Phebean.
